Does AIOps replace ITIL/ITSM systems?
No. AIOps is complimentary to your ITIL and ITSM-based systems, which remain the “system of record” for enterprise IT teams. In fact, AIOps helps improve the user experience of these systems by minimising the level of noise and ensuring that only relevant events trigger the creation of an incident ticket that must be processed through ITSM.
